Onryo Ieyasu is a revenant born of the ancient Dawnlands who roams the lands of Yakai as an unstoppable force of vengeance. Originally a respected warrior from the Dawnlands era, he underwent sacred burial rites meant to preserve his body. When Siroth's darkness spread across the land, these protective wards partially failed, allowing undeath to corrupt him over centuries. Upon being accidentally unearthed by workers, Ieyasu began his crusade against the forces of darkness, driven by an unrelenting desire to destroy evil. He became legendary for eliminating tyrants like Morikore the Pitiless and defeating the necromancer Tsukyu. His mission persists as he hunts those practicing dark magic and undead reanimation across the realm.
