Welcome to Gestal.gg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at gestal.gg and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16 and reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Service.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google or Discord. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately on our Discord if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion, including those associated with abuse, illegal activity, or circumvention of these Terms.

3. User-generated content

If you are approved as a content creator, you may submit team compositions, video links, and related metadata to the Service, either manually or via the Gestal.gg Extractor. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with applicable law.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Access the Service through automated means other than the endpoints we provide, or attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data at volumes we do not explicitly permit;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or related networks;
  • Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities;
  • Impersonate another person, creator, or entity;
  • Use the Service to publish unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;
  • Resell or commercialise the Service or any part of it without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, text, and original artwork, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Raid: Shadow Legends is © Plarium Global Ltd. All in-game names, character portraits, artwork, and related assets are the property of Plarium. Gestal.gg is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plarium.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
